Resumo
A formação no futebol é um aspeto fundamental para os atletas, pois apresenta
um nível de exigência elevadíssima nas diversas variáveis existentes no contexto da
formação. Atualmente é necessário que o atleta desenvolve e potencializa ao máximo as
suas capacidades ligados aos aspetos táticos, técnicos, físicos e principalmente
psicológico. A vertente psicológica é hoje em dia uma componente essencial para a
evolução do atleta ajudando no desenvolvimento pessoal focado na aquisição de valores
sociais e humanos e assiste na promoção e otimização do rendimento desportivo ao
reforçar a potencialização das competências psicológicas do atleta.
O estágio curricular foi realizado num clube de formação da cidade de Rio
Maior entre os meses de Setembro de 2012 e Maio de 2013 com o intuito de aplicar os
conhecimentos adquiridos na área da Psicologia do Desporto e otimizar estes
conhecimentos de forma prático num escalão de formação. Os objetivos gerais da minha
intervenção psicológica no contexto referido focaram-se no treino integrado e de
competências psicológicas junto de uma equipa de Juniores e de assessoria junto da
equipa técnica.
Os principais domínios da minha intervenção basearam-se numa avaliação
inicial, identificação das necessidades psicológicas existentes dentro do plantel, de um
planeamento, planear todas as intervenções realizadas ao longo da época desportiva, de
um período de intervenção, isto é, intervir junto dos atletas e treinadores com o intuito
de melhorar e potencializar as variáveis psicológicas identificadas na avaliação inicial e
por fim uma avaliação final com a finalidade de perceber e identificar a existência de
evoluções ao nível das competências psicológicas trabalhadas ao longo do processo de
intervenção.
Ao longo do desenvolvimento da minha atividade e do acompanhamento a
equipa, a minha intervenção foi alvo de diversas alterações que obrigaram-me a uma
maior operacionalização das intervenções perspetivadas, encarando as intervenções de
forma planificada e pontual.
Abstract Training in football is a key aspect for athletes because it provides a very high level of demand in the various variables in the context of existing training. Currently it is necessary that the athlete develops and leverages the most of their abilities related to tactical, technical, physical and especially psychological aspects. The psychological aspect is nowadays an essential component for the development of the athlete helping in personal development focused on the acquisition of social and human values and assists in promoting and optimizing sports performance enhancement to strengthen the athlete's psychological skills. The challenge of integrating the team training sparked a desire and motivation to perform an intervention worthy and competent with thought and purpose of demonstrating that the sports psychologist should assume a perspective integrated in a football team. The traineeship was performed in a training club in the city of Rio Maior on the months between September 2012 and May 2013 in order to apply the knowledge acquired in the field of Sport Psychology and optimize these skills in a practical way echelon formation. The general objectives of my psychological intervention were focused on the integrated training and psychological skills with a youngsters team and advice for the technical team. The main areas of my speech were based on an initial assessment, identification of psychological needs that exist within the squad, planning all interventions throughout the sports season, a period of intervention, which is intervene with athletes and coaches in order to improve and enhance the psychological variables identified in the initial assessment and finally a final evaluation in order to understand and identify the existence of evolution on a psychological skills levels worked throughout the intervention process. Throughout the development of my work and monitoring team, my speech was the target of several changes that forced me to greater operational of interventions perspectives, staring interventions planned and timely manner.
