Abstract(s)
O presente relatório teve como finalidade evidenciar o percurso de
aprendizagem e o trabalho de pesquisa desenvolvido sobre Relação Escola-Família: na
Educação Pré-escolar e no 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, ao longo do Mestrado que habilita
para a docência na Educação Pré-escolar e no 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico.
Procurei estudar a relação entre a Escola e a Família, a importância que lhe é
dada no processo educativo das crianças e conhecer “boas” práticas e estratégias que
podem ser promovidas pelos/as Docentes para uma maior aproximação entre a Escola
e a Família.
A recolha de dados foi feita através de uma metodologia qualitativa onde foram
entrevistadas seis Docentes e foi realizado um inquérito por questionário a vinte famílias.
Após a analise de dados, pude constatar que, na generalidade, as perspetivas
dos Docentes coincidem. Relativamente às famílias verifica-se também alguma
unanimidade relativamente à importância do seu envolvimento na vida da escola.
Durante esta pesquisa foi ainda possível recolher diferentes exemplos de possíveis
formas de trabalho conjunto.
O relatório foi organizado em quatro partes. Na primeira parte é apresentado e
analisado o trabalho desenvolvido durante os estágios, na segunda parte as principais
aprendizagens que realizei ao longo do percurso de formação, na terceira parte o
trabalho de pesquisa realizado e, por fim, as considerações finais em relação à
globalidade do trabalho realizado.
The present report aimed to highlight the learning path and the research work developed about the School-Family relationship: in the Pre-School and Primary Education, during the Masters that gives qualification to Teach in Pre-School and Primary Education. The aim was to study the School-Family relationship, the importance of this relationship in the child’s education process, to learn “good practices” and strategies that can be used by teachers for a stricter connection between School and Family. This study employed a mixed methods approach. Data collection had a qualitative element where interviews with six Teachers were conducted, and an additional quantitative element used through the administration of a survey comprising of open ended and closed questions to twenty Parents of Pre-School and Primary Schools. After the data collection, it was observed that the teachers’ perspectives coincided in its majority. Regarding the parents inquired, there was an unanimous evaluation of the importance of the involvement of both entities and a conclusion was reached that they had different perspectives given the examples. The report was organized in four sections. In the first section it is presented and analyzed the work done during the internships, in the second section my learnings and professional development during my education, in the third section the research work done and, finally the final considerations given the total work done.
