Abstract(s)
Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar como os processos de trabalho dos colaboradores
da educação é desenvolvido no âmbito de duas Pró-Reitorias de um Instituto Federal de
Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia no Brasil, sendo a Pró-Reitoria responsável pela
Administração e a Pró-Reitoria de Ensino. Optou-se por desenvolver um trabalho de
abordagem qualitativa, com a utilização do estudo de caso do tipo exploratório como
estratégia de pesquisa. A coleta de dados ocorreu com a aplicação de questionários com
perguntas fechadas aos colaboradores em exercício e ainda, a aplicação de entrevistas
semiestruturadas aos responsáveis pela gestão de cada Pró-Reitoria pesquisada. Os
resultados foram analisados e interpretados a partir da técnica de análise de conteúdo. Após
a análise dos dados buscou-se o aprofundamento nas questões acerca da gestão de
processos, na intenção de propor um projeto de intervenção para a posterior aplicação no
âmbito do Instituto, centro desta investigação.

Data collection took place with the application of questionnaires with closed questions to the employees in office and also, the application of semi-structured interviews to those responsible for the management of each Researched Pro Rectory. The results were analyzed and interpreted using the content analysis technique. After analyzing the data, we sought to deepen the questions about process management, with the intention of proposing an intervention project for subsequent application within the scope of the Institute, the center of this investigation.
