This training activity is one of the four training activities of the project "Tranpeer: A transnational skills programme to enhance the employability of researchers".
As their career progresses, researchers are expected to become efficient managers - managing time, data, people and budgets; or efficient communicators - presenting complex data in an accessible and appealing manner in a number of formats, able to filter and adapt communication to a number of different target stakeholders including peers, funding agencies, media and policy makers and other. This workshop covered planning and developing complementary skills linked to leadership, communication and management.
