Abstract(s)
Esta dissertação apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa exploratória, que
investigou as possibilidades de educação e ressocialização pautadas numa proposta
pedagógica que visa a reinserção social, partindo da ressignificação de valores das
adolescentes em cumprimento de Medidas Socioeducativas de Semiliberdade, na
Unidade de Atendimento de Semiliberdade Feminina do Guará - UASFG, no Distrito
Federal, a fim de contribuir para as discussões referentes às políticas públicas e às
intervenções técnicas no atendimento socioeducativo voltado para adolescentes
mulheres. Seu objetivo central foi compreender, por intermédio das experiências
vivenciadas no cumprimento às medidas, como é efetivada a reinserção dessas
adolescentes, tendo como fio condutor a Pedagogia Social, cujos fundamentos estão
alicerçados na emancipação e na transformação social do indivíduo. São
apresentadas, em detalhes, as vivências das adolescentes, as relações com a
educação, a família, as relações com o mundo do trabalho, do lazer e da cultura.
Para alcançar tais objetivos, realizou-se uma contextualização das Medidas
Socioeducativas nas políticas públicas, detectando as peculiaridades da Medida de
Semiliberdade. Esta pesquisa constitui estudo exploratório, sustentado no método
de pesquisa qualitativo, foram realizadas observações diretas do campo, como
também indiretas: análise documental, entrevistas e análise de conteúdo das
mesmas. A análise das entrevistas permitiu detectar processos de mudanças
significativas nas adolescentes e em suas relações sociais.
This essay presents the results of an exploratory research, giving origin to a case study that has investigated the possibilities of education and rehabilitation guided in a pedagogical approach that aims at a social reintegration, starting of the teenager’s redefinition values in compliance with the Correctional Measures of Semiliberty at the Unit Care of the Female Semiliberty of Guará (UASFG), in Distrito Federal, in order to make for the debates relating to the public policies and the techinal assistance in the socil-educational care aimed at female teenagers. Its main concern was to understand, through the lived experiences in the implementation of the actions, how these teenagers reintegration is realized, having as a common theme the Social Pedagogy, whose foundations are underpinned in the empowerment in the the individual’s social change. It is proposed, in details, the teenagers’ livingness, the connection with education, the relationship with the family, the relation with the labour market, entertainment and culture. To achieve these goals, a contextualization ot the Socio-educational in the public policies has taken place, noticing the singularities of the Measure of Semiliberty. This research representes an exploratory research, supported by the qualitative research method, qualitative approach. Direct observations from the field have been accomplished, but also indirect observations: document analysis, interview-based analysis. The based- interview analysis enabled us to track down meaningful changing procedures in teenagers behavior and in their social relationships.
