Abstract(s)
Cup".
Ambas as
This report on an internship is part of an application for a master's degree in sports with a focus in sports training. There are two sections to this internship report. "Part I - Conducting the Internship" is the title of the document's first section, which includes a description of the entity and the internship team, a description of the functions and tasks, and the formulation of strategies and objectives using a SWOT analysis. For the Under-13 "B" team, the intern fostered training environments that stimulated creative behavior. As analyst, he provided objective and effective insights in pursuit of the best team collective and individual offensive development in both training and games. The culmination of all these experiences took place with the F14 selection (Figueiredo & Lopes – Contabilidades, Lda), which participated in the "Tejo Cup" 2023 edition. Finally, the application and comparison of various learning methodologies in the acquisition and retention of shooting skills in young football players is shown in the second half of the document, "Part II - Study Framework". Both approaches showed positive results for platform transfers and for lateral jumps. There was a decrease in both groups for shotting speed. In summary, individual meetings with players should continue, was recognized that reflective moments should also be integrated during and after training. In the future, there will be a method for evaluating team productivity, confirming whether the exercise objectives were achieved or not.
