Resumo
Este trabalho pretende apresentar de forma detalhada todo o meu percurso
desenvolvido ao longo de um ano de estágio no clube da União Desportiva de Leiria.
Inicialmente falarei um pouco do meu percurso, desde a chegada ao clube, até
á integração numa equipa, apresentando um pouco da história e organização do clube
para uma melhor contextualização. Estagiei numa equipa de sub 13 A, composta por 2
treinadores e 16 atletas, com uma média de idades de 13 anos.
O meu trabalho começou por uma avaliação diagnóstica durante mais ou
menos 2 meses, recolhendo o máximo de informação possível de forma a orientar a
minha intervenção ao longo da época.
Esta intervenção começou com algumas dinâmicas de grupo, para a melhoria
da coesão e espírito de equipa, passando por intervenções relacionadas com definição
de papéis, auto-confiança, atenção/concentração e controlo emocional.
A melhoria destas competências foi trabalhada tendo em conta o modelo
cognitivo-comportamental, baseado em mudança de pensamentos e diálogos internos,
recorrendo também ao visionamento de vídeos, estabelecimento de rotinas, e
visualização mental.
Abstract This work wants to present in a detailed way all of my course desenvolved over one year of stage in the Union sportive of Leiria club. In the beginning I will talk about my course, since the coming to the club, until the team’s integration, presenting a little of the history and organization’s club to a better contextualization. I staged the sub 13A team, composed by 2 coaches and 16 athletes, with an average age of 13 years old. My job starts by a diagnostic assessment for so 2 months, collecting as much information is possible in order to orientate my intervention over the season. This intervention starts with some group’s dynamic, to a cohesion and team spirit improvement, passing by interventions related with the paper’s definition, self-trust, attention/concentration and emotional control. The improvement of those skills was worked taking into account the cognitive-behavioral model based in thoughts change and internal dialogues. Using also to viewing of videos, establishing routines, and mental viewing.
