Abstract(s)
O respetivo relatório apresenta o percurso formativo, realizado ao longo da prática de ensino supervisionada em contexto de Creche, Jardim de Infância e 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, de uma forma reflexiva, demonstrando as aprendizagens, as dificuldades, as evoluções, receios e questões que ocorreram desde o início até ao fim da prática pedagógica de estágio.
A problemática por mim apresentada, relativa às valências de Creche, Jardim de Infância e 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, refere-se ao papel do Educador (a) /Professor (a) como mediador na resolução de conflitos. A partir da abordagem sobre o conceito conflito, negociação, mediação, elaborada por alguns autores, o presente estudo tem como objetivo geral, perceber qual a melhor forma de intervir como mediador, mantendo o papel de Educador (a) ou Professor (a), sendo o justo, correto e educativo na negociação do conflito.
O presente estudo é qualitativo e de carater descritivo, utilizando para a recolha de dados a técnica do inquérito por entrevista. Podemos concluir, através da análise de dados, que nas várias valências as profissionais reagem de formas diferentes perante a emergência de conflitos entre as crianças, sendo que na maioria das vezes optam por agir da forma mais fácil e rápida, clarificando, sendo intervenientes e resolvendo o próprio conflito. Constata-se a inexistência de uma reflexão sobre o que aconteceu, sem se conseguir chegar a uma negociação para o conflito, de forma a se alcançar uma solução amigável e satisfatória para as partes envolvidas.
The respective report presents the formative journey performed over the practice of supervised teaching in the context of Nursery, Kindergarten and 1st Cycle of Basic Education, a reflective manner, demonstrating their learning, difficulties, developments, concerns and issues occurred from the beginning to the end of the teaching practice internship. The issue presented by me on the valences of Nursery, Kindergarten and 1st Cycle of Basic Education, refers to the role of the educator (a)/ Teacher (a) as a mediator in conflict resolution. From the approach to the concept conflict, negotiation, mediation, drawn by some authors, this study aims to describe, understand how best to intervene as mediator, keeping the role of educator (a) or Teacher (a), being fair, accurate and education in the negotiation of conflict. This study is qualitative and descriptive character, using data collection Technique Interview Survey. We conclude by analyzing data that the various valences professional react differently before the emergence of conflicts between children, and most often choose to act the easiest and quickest way, clarifying, being involved and solving the conflict itself. Notes to lack of reflection on what happened, not able to reach a deal to the conflict in order to reach an amicable and satisfactory solution to the parties involved.
