Abstract(s)
Este trabalho teve como objetivo estudar o impacto dos produtos educacionais e/ou
conhecimentos construídos numa instituição de ensino superior brasileira, a partir de um
Mestrado em Ciências da Educação/ Administração Educacional, resultante de um acordo de
cooperação assinado com uma instituição de ensino superior de Portugal. Foi construído um
questionário para a coleta de dados para servidores e gestores, a par da pesquisa documental
realizada. Da análise dos dados obtidos, foi possível responder aos objetivos da pesquisa e
apresentar algumas propostas de intervenção. Os resultados da pesquisa indicam que os
conhecimentos construídos tiveram pouco impacto na instituição, havendo projetos que não
foram implementados. A presente pesquisa apresenta um plano de intervenção para criar
condições que facilitem implementar os conhecimentos/projetos construídos por meio do
processo formativo a fim de poderem contribuir de forma mais efetiva para uma melhor
qualidade do processo educacional na instituição.
This work aims to evaluate the results of educational products and/or knowledge built and implemented in an Educational Institution, arising from the Master in Educational Sciences / Educational Administration, resulting from the cooperation agreement signed with a higher education institution in Portugal. To achieve the intended results, we used a qualitative approach and as data collection tools: application of questionnaires to workers and managers, in addition to documentary research. Through the analysis and interpretation of the data obtained it was possible to answer the research objectives and, thus, propose actions to obtain an effective result for the implementation of the projects. The results of the research pointed out that the knowledge built had little impact on the institution, since most of it had not been implemented, attributed to the managers' lack of knowledge. Thus, an intervention plan was proposed, which will enable the management to implement the interventional projects in the institution, which will reflect on the quality of the educational process.
