Resumo
A exigência e competitividade do mundo laboral, obriga a uma maior necessidade de
especialização a um nível superior. Pala além do mais, os avanços tecnológicos e
científicos fazem com que surjam necessidades de atualização, reaprendizagem e
evolução. Ao enquadrar estes factos, nasce a motivação e vontade de com este estágio,
construir um modelo de trabalho em psicologia do desporto, que permita associar os
conhecimentos teórico-práticos aprendidos, com a primeira experiência profissional.
O estágio curricular foi realizado numa academia de futebol juvenil situada no concelho
de Oeiras entre os meses de Setembro de 2011 e Junho de 2012. O objetivo principal
seria a aplicação dos conhecimentos apreendidos na área de psicologia do desporto,
cumprindo um trabalho de acompanhamento a uma equipa de competição de benjamins
sub-9 em todos os seus momentos (planeamento de atividades, treino e competição).
Para o desenvolvimento da atividade foi primeiramente realizado um projeto de
intervenção que depois de uma análise mais profunda e presencial, fora alvo de
alterações que permitiram uma maior operacionalização das intervenções perspetivadas.
O produto final de todo o processo, tendo em conta a análise detalhada de todas as
tarefas e aplicações de métodos inerentes à prática da psicologia do desporto num
contexto específico, permitiu a sistematização dos conteúdos anteriormente
apreendidos.
Em suma, todas as aquisições de conhecimentos e experiências passadas ao longo deste
ano de trabalho, são analisados de uma forma bastante positiva numa reflexão crítica de
desempenho. As dificuldades e barreira que caracterizarão o início deste processo,
acarretaram um estudo e uma evolução progressiva onde foram potencializadas as
capacidades de adaptação, oportunidade, auto-confiança e criatividade.
Por fim, a riqueza que as atividades de estágio proporcionaram foram bastante
enriquecedoras do ponto de vista pessoal como auto-conhecimento pessoal, perceção
das capacidades e preparação efetiva para o mercado de trabalho no contexto
desportivo.
Abstract The demand and competitiveness of the working world, necessitates a greater need for specialization at a higher level. Furthermore, the scientific and technological advances make emerge needs updating, retraining and development. By framing these facts arises the motivation and will to with this stage, build a working model in sport psychology that allows to associate the theoretical and practical knowledge learned with the first experience. The traineeship was held in a youth soccer academy located in Oeiras between the months of September 2011 and June 2012. The main objective would be to apply the knowledge learned in the field of sport psychology, fulfilling a job accompanying a team competition benjamins under-9 in all its moments (planning activities, training and competition). For the development of the activity was first conducted an intervention project that after further analysis and face, off target changes allowing greater operationalization of envisaged interventions. The end product of the whole process, taking into account the detailed analysis of all tasks and applications of methods inherent to the practice of sport psychology in a specific context, allowed the systematization of content previously seized. In short, all acquisitions of knowledge and past experiences along this working year are analyzed in a very positive performance in a critical reflection. The difficulties and barriers that characterize the beginning of this process entailed a study and a progressive evolution which were potentiated adaptive capacity, opportunity, self-confidence and creativity. Finally, the wealth that the internship provided were very enriching the personal point of view as personal self-awareness, perception skills and effective preparation for the labor market in the context of sport.
