Abstract(s)
In this Final Internship Report, I aim to present the learning experiences, the challenges faced, the activities carried out, and the experiences gained throughout the internships in various contexts: nursery, preschool, and Primary School. In addition, the report includes an investigative component on the theme 'The child as a cooperative and self-regulatory agent of their learning in different contexts,' providing a detailed analysis of the processes of self-regulation, co-regulation, learning, and collaboration. Given the growing importance of autonomy and social interaction in education, the study contributes to the understanding of how children develop self-regulation skills. Using a qualitative approach, observations and interviews were conducted with children, teachers, and an educator. This study offers valuable insights into pedagogical practices, suggesting that the correlation between autonomy and collaboration can be encouraged to promote active and self-regulated learning. The results show that children are able to develop more effective self-regulation strategies when motivated by activities and involved in collaborative practices.
