Abstract(s)
O presente relatório síntese decorre das práticas de ensino supervisionadas no âmbito
de Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico (CEB) realizado
na Escola Superior de Educação de Santarém. Inicia-se com uma análise descritiva do
percurso realizado ao longo dos estágios em creche, jardim de infância e 1º CEB. Em seguida,
apresenta-se um exercício investigativo de tipo qualitativo, através do qual se pretende
perceber qual a perceção que educadores e professores têm sobre a igualdade de
participação e oportunidades no jardim de infância e 1º CEB; as metodologias favorecedoras
de igualdade e barreiras que o dificultam. Realizaram-se entrevistas, a fim de recolher dados
sobre a questão, foram entrevistados seis indivíduos, dois educadores de infância, dois
professores de 1º CEB e dois recém-formados na área de educação. Concluiu-se que é difícil
desenvolver práticas educativas totalmente favorecedoras de uma igualdade de
oportunidades e participação porque há barreiras, tais como a falta de recursos humanos, o
elevado número de crianças por sala e a falta de apoio familiar que não permitem aos
docentes praticar metodologias favorecedoras da mesma.
This summary reports the supervised teaching practices within the scope of the Marter´s in Pre-School Education and Teaching of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education carried out at Escola Superior de Educação de Santarém. It Starts with a descriptive analusis of the course carried out during the day care, kingergarten and 1st CBE interships. Then, na investigative exercise of a qualitative type is presented, through which ir is intended to understand the perception educators and teachers have about equal participation and opportunities in the kindergarten and 1st CBE; methodologies that favor equality and barriers that make it difficult. Interviews were carried out in order to collect data on the issue, six individuals were interviewed, two kindergarten teachers, two 1st CBE teachers and two recente graduates in the area of education. It was concluded that ir is difficult to develop educational practices that fully favor equal opportunities and participation because of the barriers, such as the lack of human resourcez, the higt number of children per classroom and the lack of family support that do not allow teachers to practice methodologies favoring it.
