Resumo
O estágio curricular realizou-se na Associação Juvenil – Escola de Futebol Hernâni
Gonçalves na época 2012/2013, na modalidade de futebol, com a duração de 230 dias,
aproximadamente 1150 horas.
Este esteve primordialmente direcionado para as equipas de competição (Infantis B,
Juvenis e Feminino sub-18), onde os pontos de intervenção do estágio tiveram especial
incidência nos encarregados de educação e os respetivos treinadores das equipas de
competição.
Na intervenção com os encarregados de educação foi apresentado o Programa para a
Otimização da Eficácia dos Pais (POEP), considerando como método de avaliação o
Sistema de Avaliação dos Comportamentos dos Pais (SACP; Teques, 2007), constituído
por 3 fases: pré-intervenção; intervenção e pós-intervenção.
No final do programa os pais obtiveram melhoria ao longo da época.
Na intervenção com os treinadores o instrumento utilizado para observação dos
comportamentos destes foi o Coaching Behavior Assessment System (CBAS; Smith,
Smoll, & Hunt, 1977), que providencia uma observação direta baseada em 12 categorias
do comportamento do treinador.
Durante a intervenção foram observados 4 grupos de treinadores, o treinador dos
infantis B (primeiro ano em competição), os juvenis (ultimo ano de competição) e uma
equipa feminina (as equipas pertencem à escola onde foi efetuado o estágio) e 3
treinadores de equipas adversárias. Observaram-se diferenças entre os grupos.
No final da época desportiva foi realizada uma ação para a comunidade a promover a
Psicologia do Desporto e do Exercício.
Abstract The traineeship occurred at Associação Juvenil – Escola de Futebol Hernâni Gonçalves in 2012/2013 season, on football modality, with the duration of 230 days, approximately 1150 hours. This was primordially directed to the teams in competition (male youth squad and the female under 18’s), where the points of intervention had a special incidence on the legal guardians and the respective coaches of the competition teams For the intervention with the legal guardians it was presented the Programa para a Otimização da Eficácia dos Pais (POEP), using as a method of evaluation Sitema de Avaliação dos Comportamentos dos Pais (SACP; Teques, 2007), constituted by 3 phases: pre-intervention, intervention and post-intervention. The parents achieved an improvement along the season. In the intervention with the coaches the instrument that was used to observe their behaviors was Coaching Behavior Assessment System (CBAS; Smith, Smoll & Hunt, 1977), which provides a direct observation based on 12 categories of the coach behavior.
