Este trabalho de investigação integra-se no projeto “e-Raízes.Redes:
implementação de uma plataforma de conteúdos em e-learning para o Ensino
Superior” que está a ser desenvolvido e implementado no curso de 2º ciclo em
Educação e Comunicação Multimédia, na Unidade Curricular de Seminário da
Escola Superior de Educação de Santarém. Trata-se de um estudo de caso que
analisa a forma como os alunos desenvolvem a sua aprendizagem que passa
pela aplicação de um instrumento de avaliação que avalia o impacto da
implementação da plataforma, pela construção de um Grade Book e pela análise
dos dados na investigação qualitativa das interações e partilha de saberes nos
fóruns de discussão que permite a construção de uma aprendizagem
colaborativa. Pretende-se com este estudo responder a duas questões
essenciais: quais os fatores de qualidade no e-learning e como é que se pode
avaliar em e-learning. Para isso precisamos de compreender a forma como o
grupo de alunos do e-Raízes.Redes se desenvolve em função dos objetivos
definidos e das atividades propostas para aperfeiçoar o modelo de suporte
utilizado na avaliação das aprendizagens e no apoio ao desenvolvimento do
conhecimento.
This research work makes part of the project " e-Raízes.Redes: creation of a platform of e-learning contents for Higher Education," which is being enhanced and used in the 2nd cycle course of Education and Multimedia Communication, in the curriculum unit of the seminar of Escola Superior de Educação de Santarém. It's a case study that analyses the way students develop their learning. It uses an assessment tool which measures the impact of the use of the platform, by creating a Grade Book and by the analysis of the data in the qualitative research of the interactions and knowledge sharing in discussion forums which leads to a collaborative learning. This research aims to answer two main questions: which the quality factors in e-learning areand how we can assess in e-learning. To achieve this we need to understand the way the group of students of e- Raízes.Redes develop their work towards the defined goals and the given activities, so that the tool used to assess learning can be improved as well as the support given to the development of knowledge.
