Este relatório final surge no âmbito do mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar, realizado na Escola
Superior de Educação de Santarém e tem como tema a “A colaboração escola-família: O
envolvimento da família na vida escolar das crianças”. Os principais objetivos prendem-se com
os benefícios do envolvimento parental, os obstáculos à colaboração, a razão para que alguns
pais não demonstrem atitudes de colaboração, o que se pode fazer nestas situações (estratégias,
metodologias). Este trabalho encontra-se dividido em duas partes, sendo que a primeira diz
respeito a uma análise aos estágios realizados, e a segunda parte pretende dar resposta à
questão enumerada acima, com o auxílio do enquadramento teórico e do estudo empírico.
Concluiu-se que existe alguma disparidade de conceções entre a família e as educadoras de
infância, visto que os pais não se sentem verdadeiramente envolvidos, participando
esporadicamente e quando solicitados, principalmente em reuniões de final de período ou final
de ano e em festividades.
This final report is part of the master's degree in Pre-School Education, carried out in the School of Education of Santarém and has as its theme the "School-family collaboration: The involvement of the family in the school life of children. The main objectives are related to the benefits of parental involvement, the obstacles to collaboration, the reason why some parents do not show collaborative attitudes and what can be done in these situations (strategies, methodologies). This work is divided into two parts, the first of which concerns an analysis of the internships carried out, and the second part aims to answer the question listed above, with the help of the theoretical framework and the empirical study. It was concluded that there is some disparity of conceptions between the family and the kindergarten educators, since parents do not feel truly involved, participating sporadically and when requested, mainly in end-of-term or end-of-year meetings and in festivities.
