| dc.description.abstract | Resumo Este relatório de estágio insere-se na Unidade Curricular Estágio, do curso do segundo ano de Mestrado em Psicologia do Desporto e do Exercício, da Escola Superior de Desporto, do Politécnico de Santarém.O Estágio realizou-se entre o mês de Setembro de 2012 e Maio de 2013 na equipa de Iniciados A, do Núcleo Sportinguista de Rio Maior. O objetivo principal deste estágio foi a integraçãona equipa técnica e o acompanhamento psicológico da equipa. Após a avaliação inicial, centrada na observação, troca de ideias com a restante equipa técnica,no teste sociométrico e no “PsychologicallSkillsInventory for Sports” - PSIS de (Mahoney, Gabriel e Perkins,1987), foram implementados treinos de competências psicológicas para a otimização e desenvolvimento dos atletas. Os resultados na avaliação final indicaram que existiu uma evolução positiva ao longo da época. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract This internship report is part of the Training Course, the course of the second year of Master in Sport and Exercise Psychology, the School of Sport, the Polytechnic of Santarém. The internship takes place between September2012 and May 2013, the team Initiates A the Núcleo Sportinguista Rio Maior. The primary purpose of the internship is to integrate the technical team psychologist and to monitor psychological team. After the initial assessment, focusedon the observation, exchange of opinions with the rest of the technical team, the sociometric test and "Psychological Skills Inventory for Sports"- the PSIS(Mahoney, Gabriel and Perkins, 1987),were implemented to psychological skills training optimization and development of athletes.
