| dc.description.abstract | O trabalho desenvolvido contempla os estágios nos diferentes contextos (jardim de infância, 1º ciclo do ensino básico e creche) dos quais emergiu a questão investigativa, cuja temática está centrada na organização do trabalho educativo relacionando a mesma com a diferenciação pedagógica. No desenvolvimento desta problemática optei por duas técnicas de recolha: as narrativas (construídas durante os estágios) e as entrevistas semiestruturadas a dois cooperantes (um professor do 1º ciclo do Ensino Básico e uma educadora de infância). A análise permitiu a recolha de vários exemplos de adequação e, assim, refletir sobre a organização do trabalho educativo. Bem como, compreender as conceções dos profissionais de educação sobre os conceitos de adequação e diferenciação, e de que forma se revelavam na prática. Após o confronto com a fundamentação teórica, saliento o conceito de adequação que surge intimamente relacionado com os instrumentos concebidos na gestão do currículo e na organização do trabalho educativo. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The developed work gathers the internships in their different contexts (Kindergarten, Primary School and Daycare center) from which the research question emerged, its theme is focused on the organization of the educational work related to the learning differentiation. In the problem development I chose between two information gathering techniques: the narrative (built during the internships) and the semi-structured interviews to two collaborating people (a Primary School teacher and a Kindergarten teacher). The analysis allowed the gathering of multiple adaptation examples, therefor, helping to reflect over the organization of the educational work. As well as understand the education professionals’ conceptions about the adaptation and differentiation concepts, and in what way they reveal themselves in practice. After the confrontation with the theoretical foundation, I highlight the adaptation concept that comes up closely related to the instruments conceived in the curriculum management and in the organization of educational work. | pt_PT |
