O trabalho aqui apresentado insere-se no âmbito do relatório de estágio da Unidade Curricular “Prática Supervisionada”, para a obtenção do grau de mestre em Educação Pré-escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico.
Depois, de tantos anos a guiarem-se pelo Programa de Português do Ensino Básico (2009) os professores, desde agosto de 2012, viram-se obrigados a tentar articular o ensino com as Metas Curriculares (2012) e o Programa de Português. Apesar de o Ministério da Educação afirmar que as Metas foram construídas tendo em conta a estrutura do Programa, após uma breve análise, são notórias as diferenças. Para além disso, o Ministério refere também que, apesar destes dois programas reguladores terem que estar articulados, a avaliação externa é feita com base nas Metas.
Assim, procedeu-se à realização de uma análise dos dois programas reguladores da prática, bem como de testes intermédios e de provas de final do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, antes e depois da implementação das Metas Curriculares, com o fim de averiguar a articulação existentes entre os programas e a avaliação externa.
Após a análise destes elementos, os resultados apontam para a ausência de articulação entre os documentos que regulam a prática pedagógica e a avaliação externa.
The work presented here is part of the scope of the report stage of Curriculum Unit "Supervised Practice", to obtain the master degree in Pre-school Education and Teaching of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education. After so many years to abide by the Program of English primary Education (2009) the teachers, since August 2012, have been forced to try to articulate the teaching with the Curricular Goals (2012) and the Program of Portuguese. Although the Ministry of Education said that the Targets were constructed taking into account the structure of the Program, after a brief analysis, are noticeable differences. In addition, the Ministry also says that, in spite of these two regulatory programs have to be articulated, the external evaluation is made on the basis of the targets. Like this, the achievement of an analysis of two programs of regulatory practice, as well as intermediate tests and trials at the end of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education, before and after the implementation of Curricular Goals, with the purpose of examining existing link between the programs and the external evaluation. After analyzing these elements, the results point to the lack of coordination between the documents governing the teaching practice and external evaluation.
