Abstract(s)
Este estudo está situado no Mestrado em Administração Educacional, do Instituto Politécnico
de Santarém. Refere-se à gestão da formação continuada docente, em um campus do
Instituto Federal de Brasília, e objetivou perceber o papel da coordenação pedagógica na
formação continuada docente e sua correlação com os saberes docentes na educação
profissional e tecnológica. É uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, exploratória e
desenvolvida como estudo de caso, cuja recolha de dados foi por meio de entrevista
semiestruturada. A análise dos dados demonstrou o reconhecimento de determinados
saberes como importantes para atuação na educação profissional e tecnológica; que esses
mesmos saberes não estão consolidados e se constituem em lacunas a serem superadas;
que a instituição desenvolve uma formação continuada pontual e sem sistematização e
planejamento; que, em virtude dessa ausência de planejamento, a formação continuada
desenvolvida não contribui para a consolidação dos saberes docentes.

It refers to the management of continuing teacher education in a campus of the Federal Institute of Brasília, and aimed to understand the role of pedagogical coordination in continuing teacher education and its correlation with teaching knowledge in professional and technological education. It is a qualitative research, exploratory and developed as a case study, whose data collection was through a semi-structured interview. Data analysis demonstrated the recognition of certain knowledge as important for acting in professional and technological education; that these same knowledge are not consolidated and constitute gaps to be overcome; that the institution develops a continuous formation punctual and without systematization and planning; which, due to this lack of planning, the continued formation developed does not contribute to the consolidation of the teaching knowledge.
