Nos últimos anos, tem-se vindo a verificar um interesse público nas questões relativas
à agressividade das crianças na escola, quer nos recreios, quer nos espaços de
desenvolvimento das crianças, que representam uma parte importante do dia escolar.
Assim, torna-se urgente dedicar mais atenção ao que ocorre entre as crianças nestes
mesmos espaços.
Este tema tem gerado muitos estudos em termos do 1ºCiclo, mas pouco se tem vindo
a estudar acerca do que ocorre em contexto pré-escolar. Este estudo tem como
objetivos, verificar o que se entende por agressividade em crianças em idade préescolar
e quais os fatores que estão na sua origem. Tem também como objetivo
verificar qual a forma mais adequada de o educador agir para atenuar e evitar os
comportamentos agressivos das crianças, em idade pré-escolar.
Para a recolha de dados, foram realizadas entrevistas a educadoras. Uma primeira
entrevista foi realizada à educadora cooperante do meu estágio em contexto de préescolar,
de onde surgiu a questão problema que deu origem a este estudo, portanto foi
realizada no distrito de Santarém. As restantes entrevistas foram realizadas a
educadoras residentes no meu distrito, Portalegre.
O estudo foi realizado com uma amostra de cinco educadoras, com idades
compreendidas entre os 41 e os 59 anos, onde duas exercem no ensino de rede
privada e as restantes na rede de ensino publico.
Considerando os resultados obtidos, posso considerar que a agressividade em idade
pré-escolar é um ato inocente, que a criança pratica como formar de ração a um
estímulo ou como chamada de atenção, para algo que não está bem com ela.
Concluí ainda que não existem estratégias pré-estabelecidas que o educador aplique
para atenuar e prevenir o aparecimento de comportamentos agressivos. São os
educadores que concebem as suas próprias estratégias, que consideram mais
eficazes para prevenir e atenuar esses comportamentos.
Neste trabalho procurei investigar sobre qual a conceção que as educadoras tem
sobre agressividade em crianças e quais as estratégias que concebem para atenuar e
evitar esses comportamentos agressivos.
In recent years, there has been observed a public interest in issues related to the aggressiveness of children in school or during recess or in children's development areas, which represent an important part of the school day, it is urgent to devote more attention to what occurs among children in these same spaces. This topic has generated many studies in terms of the 1st Cycle, but little has been studying about what occurs in pre-school context. This study aims, check out what is meant by aggression in children of preschool age and what factors are behind it. It also has as objective to verify the most appropriate form of the educator act to mitigate and prevent aggressive behavior of children in preschool age. For data collection, the educator’s interviews were conducted. The first interview was conducted the cooperative educator of my stage in pre-school context, where the question arose problem that gave rise to this study, therefore, was held in the district of Santarém. The remaining interviews were conducted to educator’s residents in my district, Portalegre. The study was conducted with a sample of five teachers, aged 41 and 59, where two engaged in private schools and the remainder in the public school system. Considering these results, I can consider that aggression in preschool is an innocent act that the child practice how to form reaction to a stimulus or as a reminder of something is not right with her. Still concluded that there are no pre-established strategies that educators apply to mitigate and prevent the onset of aggressive behavior. Are educators who design their own strategies, which they consider more effective to prevent and mitigate these behaviors. This study sought to investigate on which the design that educator have on aggression in children and what strategies they were preparing to mitigate and prevent these aggressive behaviors.
