| dc.description.abstract | O bullying define-se por comportamento agressivo, intencional, repetitivo e sistemático onde existe desigualdade de poder entre os alunos envolvidos. O objetivo desta investigação foi perceber as conceções de professores de 1º ciclo relativamente ao bullying, como agem perante situações de agressão, que estratégias utilizam e obter dados relativamente à taxa de incidência numa escola, conhecer a opinião dos alunos face à problemática do bullying e perceber como e se reagem perante uma situação de bullying. Os dados obtidos revelam que a formação de professores e alunos é fulcral na diminuição do fenómeno nas escolas, pois a prevenção e intervenção implicam conhecimento. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Bullying is defined as aggressive, intentional, recurrent and systematic behavior where there is a power disadvantage between the intervenient students. The purpose of this investigation was to understand the perceptions of first grade teachers regarding bullying, how they approach aggression situations, what strategies they use to obtain data relating to the incidence rate in a school, know the students opinion concerning the bullying issue and perceive how and if they act when witnessing a bullying episode. The collected data reveal that the teachers and students training is paramount to contain the phenomena in schools, inasmuch as prevention and intervention are the follow up of knowledge. | pt_PT |
