| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório apresenta uma reflexão detalhada das etapas que percorremos ao longo da prática pedagógica realizada no âmbito do mestrado em Ensino do 1º e 2º Ciclos do Ensino Básico assim como de um estudo investigativo realizado ao longo do percurso que fizemos nas práticas de ensino supervisionado. Na primeira parte apresentamos os contextos de estágio onde intervimos assim como todas as reflexões que obtivemos ao longo dos quatro estágios. Pretendemos com isto dar a conhecer o nosso percurso e evolução desde o primeiro ao último estágio. Na segunda parte do nosso relatório apresentamos a investigação a que nos propusemos, sendo a motivação dos alunos o foco da nossa investigação. Com base na experiência e conhecimentos que obtivemos através da prática pedagógica procuramos compreender o que é a motivação, descrevendo por isso algumas teorias dos vários autores que estudamos. Aplicámos um inquérito a seis alunos do 1º e 2º ciclo das práticas de ensino supervisionadas que realizámos e um outro inquérito que colocamos online para professores do 1º e 2º ciclo, sendo que obtivemos resposta de três professores. As observações realizadas em contexto foram registadas num Diário de Bordo. Os resultados obtidos através dos instrumentos aplicados permitiram compreender os motivos que levam os alunos do estudo a sentirem-se desmotivados, compreender algumas das suas preferências no que diz respeito aos professores e às atividades realizadas nas aulas, assim como conhecer quais as dificuldades que os professores inquiridos enfrentam sala de aula, assim como as estratégias de motivação que estes aplicam para o sucesso dos seus alunos. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This report presents a detailed reflection of the stages that we have followed throughout the pedagogical practice carried out in the framework of the masters in Teaching of the 1st and 2nd Cycles of Basic Education as well as of an investigative study carried out along the course that we have done in the practices. In the first part we present the contexts of stage where we intervene as well as all the reflections that we have obtained throughout the four stages. We intend to make known our course and evolution from the first to the last stage. In the second part of our report we present the research that we have proposed, and the motivation of the students is the focus of our research. Based on the experience and knowledge that we obtained through the pedagogical practice, we try to understand what motivation is, thus describing some theories of the various authors that we study. We applied a survey to six students of the first and second cycle of supervised teaching practices that we conducted and another survey that we put online for teachers of the 1st and 2nd cycle, and we obtained a response from three teachers. We also noted the observations recorded in a log book. The results obtained through the instruments applied allowed to understand the reasons that lead the students to feel unmotivated, to understand some of their preferences with respect to the teachers and the activities carried out in the classes, as well as to know the difficulties that the teachers interviewed face classroom, as well as the motivation strategies they apply to the success of their students. | pt_PT |
