O presente
trabalho desenvolveu se em três fases: pré estágio, estágio e estu-
do. Na fase de pré estágio foram definidos os objetivos específicos e elaborado um
plano de atuação adaptado ao contexto da Associação Académica de Santarém
(AAS). Durante o estágio (época 2023/2024), foram desempenhadas as funções de
treinador adjunto nos Juniores Sub 19 e de treinador principal nos Benjamins Sub 10.
No escalão Sub 19, as tarefas incluíram a preparação de exercícios específicos, análi-
se de desempenho e participação na defin ição do modelo de jogo. Já nos Sub 10, foi
desenvolvida uma metodologia de treino progressiva, orientada para o desenvolvimen-
to técnico cognitivo e a evolução da equipa.
A experiência de estágio permitiu consolidar conhecimentos adquiridos ao lon-
go do curs o e desenvolver competências práticas fundamentais para a intervenção em
contexto real. A atuação nos dois escalões distintos proporcionou uma visão abran-
gente das exigências técnicas, táticas e pedagógicas inerentes a diferentes etapas de
formação desport iva. Nos Sub 19, aprofundei a capacidade de análise do jogo e de
planeamento estratégico, enquanto nos Sub 10 refinei as competências de comunica-
ção, gestão de grupo e adaptação de conteúdos ao nível etário. Esta vivência contribu-
iu significativamente para o meu crescimento pessoal e profissional, reforçando a im-
portância da flexibilidade, da reflexão crítica e do trabalho em equipa no desempenho
das funções de treinador.
Na fase de estudo, foi investigada a eficácia da instrução do treinador no ensi-
no dos princípios defensivos, através de métodos quantitativos que analisaram a re-
tenção e execução após diferentes tipos de instrução. Os resultados demonstraram
que instruções claras e específicas contribuem significativamente para a assimilação
dos conceitos d efensivos e para a melhoria do desempenho individual e coletivo.
O relatório final destaca a importância da articulação entre prática e investiga-
ção para o crescimento profissional, bem como a ambição de evoluir para contextos
de alto rendimento, aprofundando competências na área do treino e da análise de jo-
go.
This work was carried out in three phases: pre internship, internship and study. In the pre apprenticeship phase, specific objectives were defined and an action plan adapted to the context of the Associação Académica de Santarém (AAS) was drawn up. During the internship (2023/2024 season), the roles of assistant coach for the U19 Juniors and head coach for the U10 Benjamins were carried out. At U19 level, the tasks included preparing specific exercises, analyzing performance and taking part in defining the game model. In the Under 10s, a progressive training methodology was developed, aimed at the technical cognitive development and evolution of the team. The internship experience allowed me to consolidate the knowledge acquired during the course and develop practical skills that are fundamental for intervention in a real context. Working at two different levels gave me a comprehensive view of the technical, tactical and pedagogical demands inherent in different stages of sports training. At U19, I improved m y ability to analyze the game and plan strategically, while at U10 I refined my communication skills, group management and adaptation of content to the age level. This experience made a significant contribution to my personal and professional growth, reinf orcing the importance of flexibility, critical reflection and teamwork in the performance of coaching duties. In the study phase, the effectiveness of the coach's instruction in teaching defensive principles was investigated using quantitative methods that analyzed retention and execution after different types of instruction. The results showed that clear and specific instruction contributes significantly to the assimilation of defensive concepts and the improvement of individual and collective performance. The final report highlights the importance of the link between practice and research for professional growth, as well as the ambition to evolve to high performance contexts, deepening skills in the area of training and game analysis.
