Satisfação do Atleta (ASQ).
e, a tarefa prediz positivamente.
ABSTRACT Objectives: The main objective of this study focused in the analysis of the differences between sport type, level, gender towards group cohesion, motivational atmosphere and satisfaction, trying to verify any relation among these three constructors in analysis, and additionally trying to verify if the motivational atmosphere is assumed as a predicting variable in the cohesion of the group. Methodology: The sample was composed by 979 masculine and feminine players of basketball and andebol currently in the beginners and junior level with ages between 11 and 16 years old. The tools used where the MCSYS, QAG and ASQ quizzes. To verify the differences the inferential comparative study was used through the parametrical statistic technique commonly known as “Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient”. To check the correlation between these variables we used parametrical comparative technique “T de Student”. Finally, the nature of the factors and in which form and when these factors influence the analsis of “Linear Regression” were checked. The hypothesis where tested for p≤0.05. Results: The results demonstrated variations in accordance with the sport type, variations inside each sport refering to the level and to the gender and variations in the level in function of some sub levels of the cohesion, satisfaction and motivational atmosphere. Significant correlations were found between all the factors, in which the ego of the motivational atmosphere was connected negatively and the task was connected positively with all the other dimensions. The factor ego predicts negatively the factors of cohesion and, a task predicts positively. Conclusions: There is the need coming from the trainer to adapt his behaviours in function of the characteristics of the sport, of the level, of the gender and of the athletes' type to increase his efficiency next to the teams. The relations established between the cohesion, the satisfaction and the motivational atmosphere are the justification for the concere of development and promotion of this in the collective sports in the trainee levels. The trainers during training should implement motivational guided tasks to promote a bigger cohesion.
