| dc.description.abstract | A caracterização agroclimática de uma região tem particular importância pois permite avaliar a viabilidade da instalação de novas culturas ou variedades, em termos de disponibilidades térmicas ou hídricas, estimar datas de sementeira, de colheita e de outras operações culturais. Pretendeu-se efetuar a caracterização agroclimática da região do Ribatejo através do estudo dos padrões mensais de comportamento dos valores da temperatura do ar, precipitação e evapotranspiração potencial nas localidades de Ferreira do Zêzere, Santarém e Almeirim, no período de tempo compreendido entre 2006 e 2014. Pretendeu-se igualmente determinar o balanço hídrico de Thornthwaite & Mather (1955) e analisar os valores de armazenamento, deficiência e excesso de água no solo nas localidades consideradas. Os dados utilizados foram fornecidos pela Direção Regional de Agricultura e Pescas da Região de Lisboa e Vale do Tejo e organizados num formato padrão e o preenchimento das falhas foi efetuado através de análise de regressão linear simples (temperatura), do método MOVE2 (precipitação) e através do boletim meteorológico para a agricultura do IPMA. Nas três localidades em estudo, a temperatura máxima absoluta é atingida no mês de agosto e a temperatura mínima absoluta no mês de fevereiro. Ferreira do Zêzere é a localidade que apresenta maior precipitação anual e o oposto ocorre em Santarém. A evapotranspiração apresenta um comportamento muito similar à temperatura em todas as localidades. O balanço hídrico revelou que Almeirim e Santarém apresentam um défice de água no solo mais prolongado que Ferreira do Zêzere. Não foi possível obter uma fiável caracterização agroclimática devido à série de anos estudada ser reduzida e ao facto do estudo se ter focado em apenas dois elementos climáticos (temperatura e precipitação) e três localidades. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The agroclimatic characterization of a region is of particular importance because it allows to evaluate the viability of the installation of new crops or varieties, in terms of thermal or water availability, to estimate dates of sowing, harvesting and other cultural operations. The agroclimatic characterization of the Ribatejo region was intended through the study of the monthly patterns of behavior of air temperature, precipitation and potential evapotranspiration values in the localities of Ferreira do Zêzere, Santarém and Almeirim, in the time period between 2006 and 2014. It was also intended to determine the water balance of Thornthwaite & Mather (1955) and to analyze the values of storage, deficiency and excess water in the soil in the localities considered. The data used were provided by the Regional Directorate of Agriculture and Fisheries of Lisboa and Vale do Tejo and were organized in a standard format and the filling of the faults was done through simple linear regression analysis (temperature), MOVE2 method (precipitation) and through the meteorological bulletin for agriculture of IPMA. In the three localities under study, the absolute maximum temperature is reached in the month of August and the absolute minimum temperature in the month of February. It was also verified that Ferreira do Zêzere is the one with the highest annual precipitation and the opposite occurs in Santarém. Evapotranspiration shows a very similar behavior to temperature in all localities. The water balance showed that Almeirim and Santarém present a bigger soil water deficit than Ferreira do Zêzere. It was not possible to obtain reliable agroclimatic characterization because the series of years studied was reduced and the focus of the study was only in two climatic elements (temperature and precipitation) and three stations. | pt_PT |
