Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio revela o percurso concretizado ao longo do Mestrado em
Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, na Escola Superior de
Educação de Santarém. O trabalho está estruturado em duas partes: a primeira referente às
aprendizagens realizadas, no âmbito da Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, havendo uma
análise e reflexão de todo o percurso. Na segunda parte, enquadra-se o estudo com a
finalidade de sensibilizar as crianças para a problemática ambiental do desperdício alimentar,
em que participaram uma educadora, dois professores e cinquenta crianças, assim como as
respetivas famílias. Recorreu-se à observação participante, a entrevistas e a questionários no
decorrer da intervenção pedagógica. Na generalidade verificou-se que os participantes,
embora conscientes do problema do desperdício alimentar, não desenvolvem ações de
combate. Desta forma, foi fundamental implementar esta intervenção pedagógica que permitiu
alertar e consciencializar os participantes para práticas de redução do desperdício alimentar.
This report describes the work carried out during the Master's Degree in Early Childhood and 1 st Cycle of Basic Education, at the School of Education of Santarem. The work is organized in two parts: the first refers to the learning developed within the scope of the Supervised Teaching Practice, presenting an analysis and reflection of the entire course. In the second part, a study is presented with the aim of raising children's awareness of the problem of food waste, in which a teacher, two teachers and fifty children, as well as their families, participated. Participant observation, interviews and questionnaires were used during the intervention. In general, it was found that the participants, although aware of the problem of food waste, do not develop awareness actions. In this way, it was essential to implement this intervention that made it possible to grow participants’ awareness of practices to reduce food waste.
