Termografia, efeito do aquecimento no andebol. Estudo piloto

dc.description.abstractO objetivo deste estudo consistiu em analisar dois períodos de tempo distinto no aquecimento no andebol para um jogo, através da utilização da termografia. Recorreu-se a um grupo de alunos universitários do curso de desporto, sem qualquer tipo de passado competitivo na modalidade referida para analisar as diferenças que existiam em ambos os músculos deltoide anterior e posterior após o aquecimento em andebol. A máquina termográfica utilizada para este estudo foi uma máquina da marca Flir i60, 180x180. Foram analisados no total 21 sujeitos, divididos em dois grupos (A e B), foi retirado o termograma imediatamente antes e após o aquecimento, e logo após o jogo a um grupo, o outro grupo apenas foi retirado oito minutos passado final do jogo. Os resultados demonstraram uma diferença entre os músculos deltoide anterior e deltoide posterior (direito e esquerdo), antes e após aquecimento, 0.076ºC e 0.047ºC respetivamente, sendo a maior diferença apresentada no deltoide anterior. Foi possível concluir com os resultados obtidos, que o deltoide posterior apresentou temperaturas superiores relativamente ao deltoide anterior realçando a sua elevada participação durante o jogo.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to analyze two distinct time periods in warm-up for a handball game, by using thermography. We have examined a group of university students from the sport course, without any competitive past in handball in order to analyze the differences that existed in both anterior and posterior deltoid muscles after warm-up in handball. The thermographic instrument used for this study was a machine brand Flir i60, 180x180. We analyzed a total of 21 subjects, divided into two groups (A and B), the thermogram was taken immediately before and after the warm-up and after the game to a group, the other group was removed eight minutes just past the end of the game. The results showed a difference between the deltoid muscle anterior and posterior deltoid (right and left), before and after warm-up, 0.076ºC and 0.047ºC respectively, with the largest difference presented in the anterior deltoids. It was concluded with the results obtained, that the posterior deltoid showed higher temperatures compared to the previous deltoid highlighting their high participation in the game.pt_PT
