A presente pesquisa teve por objetivo investigar a relação que as adolescentes em conflito com a lei estabeleceram com a unidade socioeducativa e como essa relação poderá contribuir para a reconstrução de suas vidas. Mesmo com muitos avanços legais e educacionais, o ensino para as adolescentes em conflito com a lei precisa ter uma maior visibilidade. O modelo teórico-metodológico adotado foi de natureza qualitativa, por meio da observação participante e de entrevistas semiestruturadas realizadas a partir da metodologia de História Oral Temática. A análise das entrevistas foi realizada através da técnica de análise de conteúdo categorial. Por meio da análise foi identificado que o primordial para a efetividade da medida socioeducativa foi a relação estabelecida entre as socioeducandas e a unidade socioeducativa. Foi esta relação que contribuiu para a reconstrução da trajetória de vida delas, relação esta subsidiada por vários aparatos: o acolhimento, o acesso à educação, o acesso ao estágio, o contato positivo entre a família e a unidade, as normas de convivência da unidade, o estímulo à autoavaliação e à profissionalização das adolescentes infratoras. Com esta pesquisa esperamos discutir e fornecer mais informações sobre a Educação no Sistema Socioeducativo e seus desdobramentos, explicitando a complexidade desta temática principalmente sobre as medidas privativas e restritivas de liberdade feminina. Esperamos contribuir para o desenvolvimento de políticas públicas que considerem mais adequadamente as especificidades do Sistema Socioeducativo e também as características peculiares das adolescentes.
The present research had the objective of investigating the relationship that adolescents in conflict with the law established with the socio-educational unit and how this relationship contribute to the reconstruction of their lives. Even with many legal and educational advances, teaching jung girls in conflict with the law needs to have bigger visibility. The theoretical-methodological adopted model was of a qualitative nature, through observation of participant and semi-structured interviews based on the Thematic Oral History methodology. The analysis of the interviews was performed through the categorical content analysis technique. Through the analysis it was identified that the primordial thing for the effectiveness of the socioeducative measure is established relation between the “socioeducandas” and the socioeducative unit. It was this relationship that contributed to the reconstruction of their life trajectory, which is subsidized by itens such as: reception, access to education, access to the internship, positive contact between the family and the unit, norms of coexistence of the unit, the encouragement to self-assessment and the professionalisation of the jung offenders. With this research we hope to discuss and provide more information about Education in the Socio-Educational System and its developments, explaining the complexity of this issue mainly on the private and restrictive measures of female freedom. We hope to contribute to the development of public policies that more adequately consider the specificities of the Socio-Educational System and also the peculiar characteristics of adolescents.
