Abstract(s)
Este documento é referente ao estágio realizado numa época desportiva, na modalidade de futebol, que se dividiu em duas áreas, o estágio e os estudos. Relativamente ao estágio, foi desenvolvido no escalão de infantis do Sporting Clube de Portugal, onde foram apresentadas as tarefas de um treinador adjunto/estagiário nesse contexto. Quanto à área dos estudos, foram desenvolvidos dois, ambos no âmbito do futebol. O primeiro estudo apresentado teve como objetivo a criação e aplicação de um sistema de observação para identificação de talentos, na componente técnica para a posição de avançado (SOITCTA). O estudo permitiu perceber que este poderá ser um indicador importante na decisão e predição de talentos, visto ser possível quantificar o desempenho de um jogador nas ações consideradas. O segundo estudo realizado teve como objetivo a análise e caracterização do Torneio Inter-Associações Lopes da Silva, realizado em 2019. Através das variáveis consideradas foi possível obter uma caracterização do Torneio ao nível quantitativo e qualitativo, destaque para os valores do tempo útil médio por jogo, os golos, remates e cruzamentos. Todo o processo foi uma experiência bastante enriquecedora que atingiu os objetivos propostos.
This document refers to the internship, in football, carried out over a sports season, which was divided in two areas, the internship area itself and the studies area. The Internship area was developed in Sporting Clube de Portugal, where the tasks of an assistant coach/trainee were developed and presented in this context. In the Studies, two were developed, both in football. The first study presented had the goal of creating and applying a talent identification observation system, centered in the technical component for the striker position (SOITCTA). The study allowed us to realize that the system could be an important indicator in the decision and prediction of talent, since it is possible to quantify the performance of a player in the actions considered. The second study aimed to the analysis and characterization of the Lopes da Silva Inter-Associations Tournament, that happened in 2019. Through the considered variables it was possible to obtain a characterization of the Tournament at the quantitative and qualitative level, highlighting the values of the average useful time by game, goals, shots and crosses. All the process was a very enriching experience, which achieved the objectives proposed.
