adaptação a diferentes desafios.

Positive correlations were revealed between higher values of stress, fatigue and muscle soreness and passing success, as well as the ratio between recovered and lost balls, contrary to most results found in literature. It was also concluded that the level of opponent did not cause significant differences in pre-match Wellness. The intern considers this whole process as very positive, allowing him to develop his skills related to the planning and application of exercises, pedagogy, critical reflection and adaptation to different challenges.
