Abstract(s)
A presente investigação, intitulada “A Importância do Brincar no Processo do
Ensino-Aprendizagem da Criança”, foi realizada no âmbito do Mestrado em Pré-Escolar
e Ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Participaram, neste estudo 10 Educadoras de
Infância e 10 professoras de 1º ciclo, sendo realizado em instituições situadas na região
do Cartaxo e Santarém.
O brincar surge como algo natural no contexto de cada criança, que proporciona,
de forma prazerosa, momentos de aprendizagens efetivas, contribuindo para um bom
desenvolvimento das competências sócio emocionais, relacionais e cognitivas. Esta
investigação pretende contribuir para o aprofundamento da temática do brincar como
peça fundamental nas aprendizagens da criança.
Este estudo teve como base uma metodologia qualitativa, recorrendo a registos
de observação e a questionários. A observação foi fulcral em todo este processo
investigativo, assim como na prática pedagógica, pois permitiu-me recolher dados e
informações, indo assim ao encontro das necessidades e dos interesses das crianças.
Através dos questionários, foi possível verificar que os profissionais de
educação compreendem a importância do brincar, favorecendo-o na sua prática
pedagógica. As atividades desenvolvidas através dos estágios permitiram reforçar a
importância do aprender a brincar, concluindo assim, que a organização e planeamento
de uma pedagogia em torno da associação entre as atividades lúdicas e as diversas
áreas do conhecimento é relevante.
The present research, entitled "The Importance of Playing in the Process of Teaching-Learning of the Child", was carried out within the scope of the Masters in Pre- School and Teaching of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education. In this study, 10 Child Care Educators and 10 1st cycle teachers, participated in institutions located in the region of Cartaxo and Santarém. Play emerges as something natural in the context of each child, which provides, in a pleasurable way, moments of effective learning, contributing to a good development of emotional, relational and cognitive skills. This research intends to contribute to the deepening of the theme of play as a key element in the child 's learning. This study was based on a qualitative methodology, using observation records and questionnaires. The observation was central to this entire investigative process, as well as to pedagogical practice, since it allowed me to collect data and information, thus meeting the needs and interests of the children. Through the questionnaires, it was possible to verify that the education professionals understand the importance of playing, favoring it in their pedagogical practice. The activities developed through the stages allowed reinforcing the importance of learning to play, concluding that the organization and planning of a pedagogy around the association between play activities and the various areas of knowledge is relevant.
