A construção da profissionalidade docente no âmbito do mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico

Este relatório de estágio dá a conhecer o percurso realizado nos contextos de estágio em jardim-de-infância, 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico (CEB) e creche. O estudo, elaborado uma estudante do mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1ºCEB, pretende analisar a construção da profissionalidade docente, tendo em consideração as dimensões - função, saber, poder e reflexividade - definidas por Roldão (1998). A metodologia seguida é de natureza qualitativa, descritiva e interpretativa, tendo sido adotado o design de investigação-ação. Os dados foram recolhidos durante os estágios através dos diários de bordo e depois analisados tendo por base a fundamentação teórica. As principais conclusões do estudo são a importância do trabalho colaborativo, do aprofundamento dos conhecimentos teóricos aquando da preparação das intervenções e, por fim, a análise questionadora e pró-ativa realizada à ação pedagógica. Como estudo futuro propõe-se o mesmo tipo de análise no ano de indução.
This internship report allows you to know the route taken in the internship contexts of Kindergarten school, primary school (1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico - CEB) and children’s daycare. The study, made by a student of the master’s degree in “Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1ºCEB” aims at the analysis of the construction of the instructor’s professionalism having in consideration the dimensions – function, knowledge, power and reflexivity – defined by Roldão (1998). The followed methodology is of qualitative, descriptive and interpretative natures and the adopted design was the one of investigation-action. The data was collected during the internships through the logbooks and then analyzed at the light of the theoretical grounding. The first conclusions of the study are the importance of the collaborative work, of the deepening of theoretical knowledge when preparing the interventions and, finally, the questioning and pro-active analysis conducted to the pedagogical action. As further study the same type of analysis is proposed at the induction year.
