Abstract(s)
O presente documento consiste num relatório de estágio que visa a obtenção do
grau de Mestre em Desporto, com especialização em Treino Desportivo, pela ESDRM -
Escola Superior de Desporto de Rio Maior.
Este trabalho relaciona a intervenção prática do estagiário na equipa Sub-19 do
Sport Clube União Torreense, no decorrer da época desportiva 2022/2023, com o estudo
empírico realizado a respeito da observação e análise de lances de bolas paradas
defensivas no futebol (pontapés de canto).
Relativamente à estrutura do relatório, o mesmo encontra-se subdividido em três
grandes capítulos. No primeiro é abordada a realização do estágio, no segundo o
enquadramento do estudo efetuado pelo estagiário e no terceiro o balanço final da tarefa
desenvolvida.
Num primeiro momento, o estagiário procurou aprofundar os seus
conhecimentos técnico/científicos mediante a presença num contexto competitivo. No
segundo capítulo serão estudadas, descritas e discutidas as observações verificadas
pelo estagiário através da análise estatística. De modo a concluir todo o processo
envolvente, será demonstrado as conclusões finais referentes ao mesmo.
As conclusões retiradas através da análise dos resultados alcançados suscitam
questões pertinentes relativamente à relação entre a marcação da bola parada e o
desenvolvimento da bola parada, assim como entre a relação entre a marcação da bola
parada e o resultado final da bola parada defensiva.
This document consists of an internship report aimed at obtaining a Master's degree in Sport, specialising in Sports Coaching, from Sports Science School of Rio Maior. This work relates the intern's practical intervention in the U19 team of Sport Clube União Torreense, during the 2021/2022 sporting season, with the empirical study carried out regarding the observation and analysis of defensive set pieces in football (corner kicks). The structure of the report is divided into three main chapters. The first deals with the organisation of the internship, the second with the framework of the study carried out by the intern and the third with the final assessment of the work carried out. At first, the trainee sought to deepen his technical/scientific knowledge by being in a competitive context. The second chapter will study, describe and discuss the observations made by the trainee through statistical analysis. To conclude the whole process, the final conclusions will be drawn. The conclusions drawn from analysing the results raise pertinent questions regarding the relationship between the marking of the set pieces and the development of the set pieces, as well as the relationship between the marking of the set pieces and the final result of the defensive seat pieces.
