| dc.description.abstract | O presente estudo e-Comunicação em espaço virtual, integra-se no âmbito do Projeto e-Raízes_Redes que tem como objetivos mostrar as potencialidades do Second Life® e compreender como este estimula a comunicação e a aprendizagem colaborativa, onde tentamos verificar a importância de um e-tutor em mundos virtuais e, também, o Facebook em oposição ao Moodle. A comunicação em espaço virtual tem vindo a evoluir com o surgimento de ferramentas como os Mundos Virtuais, Second Life® e as Redes Sociais, Facebook. Num ensino em formato e-learning, no ciberespaço, é possível recriar salas de aula com características de um ensino mais informal, onde os estudantes colaboram, cooperam, partilham e auto-aprendem. Desta forma, este estudo de caso realizado com o 1º e 2ºano do Mestrado de Educação e Comunicação Multimédia obteve resultados pertinentes na utilização destes ambientes virtuais em contexto do e-learning. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The present study, e-Communication in Virtual Space, is part of a research in the Project e-Raízes_Redes. The objectives of this study are to show the potential of Second Life® and understand how it stimulates communication and collaborative learning, where we try to verify the importance of the e-tutor in virtual worlds, and also to understand the opposition between Facebook and Moodle. The communication in virtual space has evolved with the emergence of tools like Virtual Worlds such as Second Life® and Social Networking, Facebook. With education in e-learning format, in cyberspace, it is possible to recreate classes with the characteristics of an informal education, where students collaborate, cooperate, share and self-learn. In this way, this study case performed with 1st and 2nd years of the Master Degree Education and Communication Multimedia obtained pertinent results in the use of these virtual environments in the context of e-learning. | pt_PT |
