Abstract(s)
O presente documento retrata, de forma clara e objetiva, o desenvolvimento do processo de formação inserido no âmbito do estágio académico, centrado no processo de treino e competição, e tendo como principal objetivo a sua análise numa perspetiva de elucidar a forma de pensar o processo de treino e sua operacionalização no jogo.
Efetivamente baseia-se num documento que visa enquadrar as experiências do processo de intervenção profissional junto de um grupo-equipa, direcionando-as para 2 momentos distintos, o treino e o jogo, evidenciando a importância do planeamento, da intervenção e da reflexão sobre as práticas pedagógicas enquanto treinador, mas fundamentalmente pela sua importância no desenvolvimento de jovens jogadores, ao nível da aprendizagem, desenvolvimento e consolidação de competências.
Assume ainda uma importância elevada relativamente ao processo de treino, no sentido de procurar quantificar e qualificar os métodos de treino utilizados ao longo da época desportiva, através de um processo contínuo de recolha de informações sobre o treino para formular juízos de valor sobre o trabalho realizado.
Todas as atividades desenvolvidas foram ao encontro de procurar estabelecer uma linha de pensamento sobre a intervenção do treinador no âmbito do futebol de formação, fundamental para o futuro profissional procurando o olhar crítico perante as situações do dia-a-dia, para conseguir dar a resposta adequada às situações que possam ocorrer.
This document portrays, in a clear and objective way, the development of the training process within the academic internship, centered on the training and competition process, and its main objective is to analyze it from the perspective of elucidating the way of thinking about the process training and its operationalization in the game. It is effectively based on a document that aims to frame the experiences of the professional intervention process with a team group, directing them to 2 distinct moments, the training and the game, highlighting the importance of planning, intervention and reflection on the pedagogical practices as a coach, but mainly because of their importance in the development of young players, in terms of learning, development and consolidation of skills. It is also of great importance to the training process in seeking to quantify and qualify the training methods used throughout the sporting season through a continuous process of training information gathering to formulate value judgments about the work performed. All the activities developed were to try to establish a line of thought about the coach's intervention in the field of training football, fundamental for the future professional looking for a critical look at everyday situations, in order to be able to give the answer appropriate to the situations that may occur.
