O presente relatório foi elaborado no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino do 1.º Ciclo
do Ensino Básico e de Matemática e Ciências Naturais no 2.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico da
Escola Superior de Educação de Santarém, estando organizado em duas partes. Na
primeira parte encontra-se uma descrição da prática de ensino supervisionada no 1.º e
2.º Ciclo, acompanhada por uma reflexão acerca da mesma. A segunda parte contempla
a componente investigativa, que teve como objetivo compreender o impacto de uma
abordagem didática baseada no modelo de ensino dos 7E, nas aprendizagens dos alunos
do 1.º e 2.º Ciclo, nas aulas de ciências. Nesta investigação de natureza qualitativa, os
dados foram obtidos através da observação participante, entrevistas e análise
documental.
Os resultados deste estudo mostraram que este modelo teve um impacto positivo
nos alunos, tendo adquirido conhecimentos científicos e desenvolvido competências
preconizadas no Perfil dos Alunos à Saída da Escolaridade Obrigatória.
This report was elaborated within the scope of the Masters Degree in Teaching of the 1 st Cycle of Basic Education and of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in the 2 nd Cycle of Basic Education at the Escola Superior de Educação de Santarém, and is divided into two parts. The first part contains a description of supervised teaching practice in the 1st and 2nd Cycle, accompanied by a reflection. The second part includes the investigative component, which aimed to understand the impact of a didatic approach based on the 7E teaching model, on the learning of 1st and 2nd Cycle students in science classes. In this qualitative investigation, data were obtained through participant observation, interviews and documentary analysis. The results of this study showed that this model had a positive impact on students, having acquired scientific knowledge and developed skills recommended in the Profile of Students leaving Compulsory Education.
