Este relatório é realizado no âmbito da unidade curricular de estágio, inserida no 2º ano
do Mestrado em Treino Desportivo da Escola Superior de Desporto de Rio Maior. O
estágio foi realizado numa entidade localizada na zona de Lisboa durante a época
desportiva 2022/2023, com intervenção direta dentro do Departamento de Análise e
Observação (DAO) alocado à equipa de Juvenis A – Sub-17 do clube. Neste documento
encontraremos duas partes distintas, uma primeira parte que abordará os objetivos
definidos para o estágio, bem como as tarefas executadas na Entidade Acolhedora (EA).
Na segunda parte, será realizado um enquadramento sobre um dos estudos aplicados
durante o contexto de estágio. O estudo passou pela construção e validação de um
Sistema de Observação para Identificação de Talento na posição de Lateral no Futebol
Formação. Pretende-se com este estudo, auxiliar treinadores e prospetores em
diferentes perspetivas. Do ponto de vista dos treinadores, o objetivo passará por
quantificar e avaliar as ações realizadas de jogadores pertencentes ao plantel em
competição, com intuito de entender as principais lacunas e necessidades dos atletas
em termos técnico-táticos, além disso, através do mesmo será possível auxiliar os
treinadores a realizar uma avaliação de rendimento dos atletas em competição. Dentro
do prisma dos prospetores, o Sistema Observação enquadrar-se-á no auxílio da
diferenciação de qualidade na componente técnico-tática. O Sistema de Observação,
serviu para dois momentos distintos: 1. Identificação de lacunas e necessidades dos
jogadores e a respetiva avaliação de rendimento em competição; 2. Comparação dos
resultados obtidos entre jogadores do plantel com jogadores de outras equipas inseridas
no mesmo contexto competitivo.
This report is part of the internship curricular unit, part of the 2nd year of the Master's Degree in Sports Training at the Rio Maior Sports School. The internship was carried out at an organization located in the Lisbon area during the 2022/2023 sports season, with direct intervention within the Analysis and Observation Department allocated to the clubs at Under-17 team. In this document we will find two distinct parts, a first part that will deal with the internship, where aspects essentially related to the tasks carried out at the Host Entity and the definition of objectives to be carried out during the internship will be characterized. The second part will cover one of the studies carried out during the internship. The study involved the construction and validation of an Observation System for Identifying Talent in the position of Full-back in Football Training. The aim of this study is to help coaches and scouts from different perspectives. From the coaches' point of view, the aim will be to quantify and evaluate the actions carried out by players in the squad in competition, in order to understand the main gaps and needs of the players in technical-tactical terms, and it will also be possible to help the coaches carry out a performance evaluation of the players in competition. From the perspective of prospectors/scouts, the Observation System will help to differentiate quality in the technical-tactical component. The Observation System was used for two different purposes: 1. identifying players' gaps/needs at an early stage in the season, and also assessing their performance in competition; 2. comparing the results obtained by players in the squad with players from other teams in the same competitive context.
