Resumo
O relatĂłrio de estĂĄgio pretende apresentar o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo do
ano letivo (2011/2012), no Ăąmbito do estĂĄgio curricular do Mestrado em Psicologia do
Desporto e do ExercĂcio, junto de jovens pertencentes a cursos CEF (Cursos de
Educação e Formação), na região de Rio Maior.
O principal objetivo da nossa intervenção foi desenvolver, em jovens
adolescentes, a aprendizagem de competĂȘncias sociais e pessoais, essenciais ĂĄ vida em
sociedade, a partir da participação em atividades realizadas em grupo, e que envolvam o
desporto e o exercĂcio, tendo por base, o Modelo de Responsabilidade Pessoal e Social
de Hellison (2003).
Como método de avaliação, foram aplicadas as escalas de avaliação global do
autoconhecimento, autoestima, autorrealização, empatia assertividade, cooperação,
liderança e resiliĂȘncia de Jardim e Pereira (2006). Tendo sido realizados vĂĄrios
momentos de avaliação ao longo da intervenção (avaliação inicial, quatro avaliaçÔes
intermédias e avaliação final).
Comparando a avaliação inicial com a avaliação final, verificamos que nas
turmas âAâ e âBâ os valores das competĂȘncias avaliadas, aumentam ligeiramente. Na
turma âCâ, esses valores mantĂȘm-se.
Ainda, no Ăąmbito do estĂĄgio curricular, foi realizado o workshop âTrilha o teu
Caminho atravĂ©s do Desportoâ, com o objetivo de dar a conhecer, a alunos pertencentes
a cursos CEF, o que sĂŁo competĂȘncias sociais e pessoais, que utilidade tĂȘm nas suas
vidas e porque sĂŁo importantes, porque Ă© que a adolescĂȘncia Ă© o momento mais
apropriado para a sua aprendizagem, e o papel que o desporto pode ter nessa mesma
aprendizagem.
Abstract This internship report aims to present the work developed throughout this academic year (2011/2012), under the curricular internship of the masterÂŽs degree in psychology of sports and exercise, focusing on youngsters from CEF courses (Education and Formation Courses), in the region of Rio Maior. The main goal of our intervention was to develop, in young adolescents, the learning ability of personal and social skills, which are vital to the life in society, trough the participation on group activities that involve exercise and sports, based on the HellisonÂŽs (2003) model of personal and social responsibility. As a method of evaluation, were applied the Jardim and PereiraÂŽs (2006) global rating scales for self-knowledge, self-esteem, self-realization, empathy, assertiveness, cooperation, leadership and resilience. There were conducted several tests during this involvement (Initial evaluation, Four mid-term evaluations, and the final evaluation). Comparing the initial and the final evaluation, we verify that in the âAâ and âBâ classes, the values of the evaluated competences are slightly higher. In the âCâ class, they remain almost the same. Still, in the scope of the curricular internship, the workshop âTrilha o teu caminho atravĂ©s do Desportoâ was held, with the purpose of presenting, to the students from CEF courses, what are personal and social competences, which is the utility and the importance that they have in their lives, why adolescence is the most suitable period to learn them, and the role that sports can have in this same learning process.
