O presente relatório final surge da prática pedagógica realizada no decorrer do
Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, na escola
Superior de Educação do Instituto Politécnico de Santarém, e encontra-se dividido em
duas partes. A primeira parte foca-se na prática de ensino supervisionada, nos diversos
contextos, evidenciando dificuldades e aprendizagens sustentadas poe evidências do
trabalho realizado. A segunda parte apresenta a componente investigativa que se centra
na importância das conexões entre a matemática e o quotidiano dos alunos. O estudo,
de natureza qualitativa, centra-se no trabalho realizado com os alunos de uma turma de
3º ano do Ensino Básico. Os dados foram recolhidos através da observação direta e
participante, registos fotográficos e notas de campo. Os resultados evidenciam o
estabelecimento conexões matemáticas com o quotidiano dos alunos, contribuindo para
a sua aprendizagem e motivação
This final report arises from the pedagogical practice carried out during the Master’s Degree in Preschool Education and Teaching of 1st Cycle of Basic Education, at Higher School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém, and is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on supervised teaching practice, in different contexts, highlighting difficulties and sustained learning through evidence of the work carried out. The second part presents the investigative component that focuses on the importance of connections between mathematics and students’ daily lives. The study, of a qualitative nature, focuses on the work carried out with students from a 3rd year class of Basic Education.
