dc.description.abstractEste Relatório insere-se no segundo ano do Mestrado em Desporto com Especialização em Treino Desportivo – opção Futebol, da Escola Superior de Desporto de Rio Maior. Refere-se ao estágio profissionalizante realizado no escalão de Iniciados do Núcleo Desportivo e Social da Guarda, onde descrevemos as tarefas diárias das funções de Treinador Adjunto, Treinador Principal e Diretor Técnico no referido clube, bem como o projeto de investigação desenvolvido. O projeto de investigação teve como temática a “Caracterização das Ações Técnico-táticas do Defesa Lateral Esquerdo em Competição, num contexto de Futebol de Formação”. Analisando aquilo que foi projetado para o estágio, somos da opinião que foi concretizado na sua totalidade, nomeadamente na oportunidade de aprender com alguém mais experiente, conjugada com a oportunidade de aplicar conhecimentos próprios e desenvolvimento da experiência própria.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractThis report is part of the second year of the Master’s degree in Sports with Specialization in Sports Coaching – option Football, of the Sports Science School of Rio Maior. It refers to the vocational internship accomplished in the Under-15 teams of Núcleo Desportivo e Social of Guarda, where there are described the daily tasks of the roles of Assistant Manager, Manager and Technical Director in the referred club, as well as the investigation project developed. The investigation project had the theme “Characterization of the Technical-tactical actions of the Left Full Back in Competition, in a context of Youth Football”. Analyzing what was projected for the internship, our opinion is that was materialized in its entirety, namely with the opportunity to learn with someone more experienced, together with the opportunity of applying own knowledge and developing own experience.pt_PT
