O presente relatório tem como objetivo evidenciar o trabalho desenvolvido na Unidade
Curricular de Estágio, na modalidade de futebol, com a finalidade de obter o grau de Mestre em
Treino Desportivo - Especialização em Futebol na Escola Superior de Desporto de Rio Maior.
O Estágio Curricular foi realizado no Centro Desportivo de Fátima e foi dividido em duas
áreas distintas: o estágio propriamente dito nos escalões de Sub-10, Sub-15 e Sub-17 e a
realização de um estudo sobre a Liderança Transformacional, Coesão e Clima Motivacional em
Jovens Atletas.
O estudo II, teve como objetivo realizar uma análise da relação entre a liderança
transformacional com variáveis como clima motivacional, coesão de grupo, desengajamento
moral, necessidades psicológicas básicas e potência de equipa. Recorremos a a 93 atletas do
sexo masculino da modalidade de futebol, de idades entre os 14 e os 18 anos, pertecentens a 6
equipas diferentes. Os dados foram analisados utilizando o software de análise estatistica SPSS.
Os resultados obtidos apresentam uma relação positiva da liderança transformacional
com o clima motivacional para a tarefa, a coesão de grupo, as necessidades psicológicas básicas
e a potência de equipa. No sentido inverso, apresenta uma relação negativa com o clima
motivacional para o ego e não apresenta qualquer relação com o desengajamento moral.
Neste sentido, confirma-se a H1 e conclui-se que a liderança transformacional está
positivamente correlacionada com o clima motivacional orientado para a tarefa, a coesão de
grupo, as necessidades psicológicas básicas e a potência de equipa. Confirma-se, embora que
parcialmente, a H2 estando a liderança transformacional negativamente correlacionada com o
clima motivacional para o ego e não apresentando qualquer relação com o desengajamento
moral. Tendo em conta a evolução das variáveis ao longo da época conclui-se a H3, existindo
evolução no clima motivacional para a tarefa.

The Curricular Internship was carried out at the Centro Desportivo de Fátima and was divided into two distinct areas: the internship itself at the sub-10, sub-15 and sub-17 levels and the carrying out of a study on Transformational Leadership, Cohesion and Climate Motivation in Young Athletes. Study II aimed to analyze the relationship between transformational leadership and variables such as motivational climate, group cohesion, moral disengagement, basic psychological needs and team potency. We used 93 male football athletes, aged between 14 and 18, belonging to 6 different teams. Data were analyzed using SPSS statistical analysis software. In order to achieve the intended objective, it was necessary to carry out a questionnaire at two different times, with 93 male athletes, aged between 14 and 18 years, belonging to 6 different teams. These questionnaires were then processed and analyzed using SPSS statistical analysis software. The results obtained show a positive relationship between transformational leadership and the motivational climate for the task, group cohesion, basic psychological needs and team power. On the other hand, it has a negative relationship with the motivational climate for the ego and has no relationship with moral disengagement. In this sense, H1 is confirmed and it is concluded that transformational leadership is positively correlated with the task-oriented motivational climate, group cohesion, basic psychological needs and team potency. It is confirmed, although partially, H2, with transformational leadership negatively correlated with the motivational climate for the ego and not showing any relationship with moral disengagement. Taking into account the evolution of the variables throughout the season, H3 is concluded, with an evolution in the motivational climate for the task.
