Abstract(s)
Este estágio teve como objetivo explorar o papel do Educador Social em contexto escolar, tendo-se verificado que a gestão e mediação de conflitos, bem como o desenvolvimento de competências intergrupais dos alunos, através da construção de relações positivas são áreas chave para a intervenção deste técnico. Procurou-se, através da intervenção, contribuir para o sucesso escolar do Agrupamento.
A ação levada a cabo teve como pilar a Metodologia de Investigação-Ação. A partir das necessidades diagnosticadas, foram desenhadas dinâmicas de grupo, com o objetivo de trabalhar as competências pessoais e sociais dos alunos de forma a sensibilizar e consciencializar para a minimização de conflitos. Foram também, desempenhadas funções de mediação de conflitos. Neste sentido, projetaram-se três possíveis linhas de intervenção.
Em suma, hoje são pedidas à escola funções de cariz social, mostrando-se o Educador Social capacitado para intervir nestes contextos complexos de modo a potencializar a construção de medidas socioeducativas favorecendo pontes relacional entre os intervenientes.
This Internship had its main goal the analysis of Social Educator’s role in the scholar environment. It was possible to see that management and mediation of conflicts as well as the development of social competencies within the student’s groups trough a positive relationship exercise are key areas for that Technician intervention. The contribution for the scholar success of the Agrupamento was one the objectives of this interventation. The action has the methodology Investigação-Ação as main pillar. From the needs raised, group dynamic sessions were used to work out students’ social competencies in order to sensitize and raise awareness for conflict management. Different Conflict management roles took part during the intervention with three suggested options. In resume, nowadays there is a constant request of solution from the social branch, where the Social Teacher is endowed with skills to arbitrate and maximize the construction of social educational measures to endorse the relational bridge between intervening people.
