Abstract(s)
Este relatório de estágio foi elaborado no âmbito do Mestrado em Desporto,
especialização em treino desportivo da Escola Superior de Desporto de Rio Maior.
O estagiário foi Treinador-Adjunto na equipa de Sub.18M do Alenquer Basket Clube e
tem como grandes objetivos intervir positivamente, com os conhecimentos adquiridos,
ajudando no desenvolvimento dos Atletas e na concretização dos objetivos pessoais e
coletivos.
Paralelamente foi desenvolvida uma investigação que visou analisar a instrução na
competição com o objetivo de melhorar a minha intervenção junto dos atletas, na competição.
(na equipa de Sub.16M da qual irei ser Treinador Principal).
Os resultados mostraram que apesar de o treinador em estudo demonstrar
comportamentos de instrução durante a competição que vão de encontro à bibliografia
consultada, estes ainda têm de ser modificados no sentido de tentar prescrever mais soluções
táticas.
Também se pode assim concluir que, o treinador em questão, deverá tentar direcionar
a sua intervenção no Atleta, numa lógica mais individualizada.

The Intern was a assistant coach on de U18 Alenquer Basket Clube and has as main objectives to intervene positively, with the knowledge acquired, helping in the development of Athletes and in the achievement of personal and collective goals. At the same time an investigation was carried out to analyze the instruction in the competition with the aim of improving my intervention with the athletes in the competition. (In the U16M team which I will be Head Coach). The results showed that although the coach under study demonstrates instructional behaviors during the competition that go against the consulted bibliography, these have yet to be modified in order to try to prescribe more tactical solutions. It can also be concluded, that the coach in question, should try to direct his intervention in the Athlete, in a more individualized logic.
