| dc.description.abstract | Sendo as situações aleatórias um tema matemático que surge nos documentos curriculares portugueses e internacionais logo desde os primeiros anos do ensino básico, a sua introdução através de jogos apresenta um fator de motivação extra para os alunos. Além disso, permite abordar a probabilidade como uma medida, promovendo-se comparações. Neste artigo discute-se uma intervenção numa sala de aula do 4.º ano de escolaridade, utilizando um jogo, onde os alunos refletem sobre a probabilidade de ganhar de cada jogador. Observamos que a simulação e a discussão na implementação do jogo ajudam os alunos a fazer a ligação entre o modelo matemático e o contexto do jogo. Adicionalmente, o trabalho da professora é crucial tanto na organização de todos os dados da turma a fim de ajudar na colocação de inferências mais fundamentadas, como na sistematização em esquema que concede aos alunos mais argumentos na justificação da justiça do jogo. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Since the random situations are a topic that appears in the Portuguese and in the international curriculum documents right from the early years of primary school, their introduction through games presents an extra motivation factor for students. In addition, allows addressing the probability as a measure through comparisons. This article discusses an intervention in a 4th grade classroom, where students reflect on the winning probability of each player. We note that the simulation and the discussion on the implementation stage of the game help students make the connection between the mathematical model and the context of the game. Furthermore, the teacher role is crucial both in the organization of all the data of the class in order to assist in the formation of grounded inferences, as in the systematization scheme that gives students more arguments in justification of the justice of the game. | pt_PT |
