| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho surge no Ć¢mbito do 2Āŗ Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem de ReabilitaĆ§Ć£o e tem como objetivo refletir sobre as atividades desenvolvidas e as competĆŖncias adquiridas durante o ensino clĆnico designado por EstĆ”gio ā II, bem como investigar se a identificaĆ§Ć£o das necessidades da famĆlia do idoso com Acidente Vascular Cerebral, feita pelo enfermeiro de reabilitaĆ§Ć£o, promove a continuidade de cuidados no domicĆlio. No sentido de desenvolver esta temĆ”tica, foi utilizada a metodologia PI[C]O com recurso Ć revisĆ£o sistemĆ”tica da literatura, formulando a questĆ£o - A identificaĆ§Ć£o das necessidades da famĆlia, feita pelo enfermeiro de reabilitaĆ§Ć£o, contribui para a continuidade de cuidados do idoso com AVC no domicĆlio? - onde foram selecionados trĆŖs artigos de investigaĆ§Ć£o para anĆ”lise, retirados das bases de dados eletrĆ³nicas CINAHL, MEDLINE e Nursing & Allied Health Collection: Comprehensive com texto integral, atravĆ©s da EBSCOhost. Da anĆ”lise dos artigos, conclui-se que o enfermeiro de reabilitaĆ§Ć£o desempenha um papel fundamental na famĆlia do idoso com Acidente Vascular Cerebral, na identificaĆ§Ć£o e satisfaĆ§Ć£o das suas necessidades, de forma a formular um conjunto de intervenƧƵes especĆficas para promover uma participaĆ§Ć£o ativa da famĆlia e, assim, assegurar a continuidade de cuidados no domicĆlio. Constata-se que a educaĆ§Ć£o para a saĆŗde favorece todo o processo de reabilitaĆ§Ć£o do idoso com AVC, principalmente quando aliada Ć identificaĆ§Ć£o das necessidades da famĆlia cuidadora. Assim, consegue-se reduzir ou mesmo evitar os efeitos negativos associados Ć prestaĆ§Ć£o de cuidados de alguĆ©m dependente, como o stress, a angĆŗstia, depressĆ£o e fadiga. Desta forma, cabe ao enfermeiro de reabilitaĆ§Ć£o reconhecer as diferentes necessidades da famĆlia nas vĆ”rias fases do processo de reabilitaĆ§Ć£o do idoso, antecipar os desafios que podem encontrar e adequar a sua intervenĆ§Ć£o ao longo do processo de cuidados. 4 ABSTRACT This work comes as part of the 2nd Master's Degree in Nursing and Rehabilitation aims to reflect on the activities and skills acquired during clinical instruction designated by Stage - II, and investigate whether the identification of the needs of elderly family stroke rehabilitation done by nurses, promotes continuity of care at home. In order to develop this theme, was use the methodology PI[C]O using the systematic literature review, and formulating the question - Identifying the needs of the family, taken by the rehabilitation nurse, contributes to the continuity of care of the elderly with stroke at home? - where three research papers were selected for analysis , taken from the electronic databases CINAHL , MEDLINE and Nursing & Allied Health Collection: Comprehensive full-text through EBSCOhost. The analysis of the articles, it is concluded that the rehabilitation nurse plays a key role in the family with elderly stroke in identifying and meeting their needs in order to formulate a set of specific interventions to promote active participation of the family and thus ensure continuity of care at home. It appears that the health education favors the process of rehabilitation of the elderly with stroke, especially when coupled with the identification of the needs of family caregivers. Thus, it can reduce or even avoid the negative effects associated with the care of someone dependent, such as stress, anxiety, depression and fatigue. Therefore, it is for the rehabilitation nurse recognize the different needs of the family in various stages of the rehabilitation process of the elderly, anticipate the challenges they may encounter and tailor there intervention throughout the care process. | por |
