Visa
compreender a relação destas variáveis com o estatuto e escalão competitivo.
Participaram no estudo 183 atletas do género masculino, praticantes de futebol, nos
escalões juniores (n=90) e sénior (n=93). Relativamente ao estatuto, 126 atletas são
titulares e 53 suplentes.
Abstract The present study addresses the issues of transformational leadership, satisfaction, shared vision, and reflexivity in team sports, particularly football. It also seeks to understand the relationship between these variables with the status and competitive level. Participated in the study 183 males athletes, practicing soccer in junior ranks (n = 90) and senior (n = 93). Regarding the status, 126 athletes are holders and 53 alternates. To this end, we used the Scale Multidimensional Leadserhip in Sport – 2 (EMLD-2), the Athlete Satisfaction Questionnaire (QSA), and questions we developed to acess the shared vision and reflexivity. We conclude that the competitive level and status, in general, haven’t significant differences. The shared vision is the variable that best explains the reflexivity team. Finally, we find that there is a relationship between most variables. Showing that leadership, satisfaction, reflexivity and shared vision are related, without the status or rank influence this relationship.
