O relatório descreve onze anos como profissional numa indústria alimentar e
evidencia competências adquiridas na formação académica e na experiência profissional.
A área alimentar foi sempre importante no crescimento e desenvolvimento de
interesses pessoais, nomeadamente através do projeto familiar agrícola em terrenos
próprios, incluindo áreas de vinha, adega e pomares. Atualmente desenvolve um projeto
para implementação de uma produção vinícola.
O Bacharelato em Engenharia Agro-Alimentar – Opção Tecnologia do Vinho e a
Licenciatura em Engenharia Agro-Alimentar – Ramo Qualidade Alimentar, enquadraram a
formação académica no cluster alimentar.
Na Parmalat Portugal - Produtos Alimentares, Lda. e as de funções de chefe de
turno de produção e de chefe de emergência interna, permitiu aplicar e desenvolver
competências na otimização da produção, planeamento operacional, redução de custos de
produção, gestão de pessoal, concretização de metas e gestão de conflitos. Esta experiência
foi alargada pela integração das funções exercidas no contexto do sistema de qualidade da
empresa.
This report describes eleven years as a professional in the food industry and evidences the competencies acquired with the academic knowledge and professional expertise. The food area has always been important in the growth and development of personal interests, namely through the agriculture family project in our own lands, including areas of vineyard, orchards and a winery. Currently it is developing a project to implement a winemaking facility. The Bachelor in Agri-Food Engineering – Wine Technology and an Engineering Degree in Agri-Food - Quality Food, framed the academic training in the food cluster. In the Parmalat Portugal - Food Products Ltd. group and assuming functions as shift supervisor of production and internal emergency, allowed to apply and develop skills in production optimization, operational planning, reduction of production costs, personnel management, implementation goals and conflict management. These expertise were enhanced by the integration with functions performed in the context of the company quality system.
