- Lifelong Health Indicators. The use of technology as a promoter of Quality of LifePublication . Amendoeira, José, Since several years, we study Health Indicators, namely those that seek to ansie the geocultural characteristics of the population (Europe), organized in four domains: Pregnancy and Neonatal; Post Neonatal and Youth; Adult in Active Life and Healthy Ageing (Elderly), integrated in Scientific Area – Individual and Community Health, recently criated (Life Quality Research Center – LQRC) and with me as coordinator. A theoretical framework, to support the transdisciplinary people centred care based on health and social determinants, is relevant to understand these indicators all along life, emphasizing health equity, health policies, considering salutogenic paradygm. The women’s health, fetuses and newborns, is influenced by several factors as the social determinants of health, the consumption of tobacco and alcohol. Evidence on the prevalence of these consumptions at this domain is scarce, as result of a Scoping Review. The focus on health promotion in children and youth, maximizes their potential for growth and development through their empowerment and of their families, based on a partnership with health professionals. Adults empowerment is a protective factor for their health, that enables them to make decisions in the context of self-care behaviors, assuming responsibility for their individual, family and community, health and well-being. The ageing population brings many challenges surrounding quality of life for older people and their carers, as well as impacts on the labour market. These challenges need to be addressed now if we are to ensure that people can continue to live healthy, active and independent lives into their’s old age. Objectives, Identify Health Indicators (HI) throughout People's Life, on a geocultural region; HI are presented and discussed as main outcomes. Methods, Considering the main Health Indicators, comparable between several and different contexts (theoretical and Methodological), It will be done using document analysis, as contribution to understand the identification of several and relevant health indicators, along four domains of life-stages.. The revision will consider the identification and design of Tools for diagnosis of health status, implemented and tested in all four main domains. Results, Obtaining health gains is directly related to the adoption of healthy lifestyles, is relevant the assess to the quality of care, which allows to know the relationships underlying the outcomes in the context of health care. The identification and analysis of the main health indicators as results, will contribute to a safer and more informed decision making, a more motivating and quality performance for health professionals and organizations, and the family and person's satisfaction. Conclusions, The impact of multiple promotive, protective and risk factors must consider the conceptualization of Health Status Indicators along Life, that must be assessed by methodologically strong tools, congruent and consistently adapted to the target population, identified by the territory of living and, as mediators, the professionals from Health Organizations of care.
