Abstract(s)
São muitas e variadas as exigências colocadas à função de ser treinador. Apenas
com uma constante evolução das competências é possível dar resposta às exigências de
ser treinador. O binómio academia-prática permite um forte equilíbrio entre
conhecimento teórico e a implementação prática. Nesse sentido este estágio procurou
ser sempre o cruzamento entre os conhecimentos adquiridos e a sua aplicação num
contexto de elite do futebol nacional.
O estágio foi realizado num clube da primeira liga de futebol masculino, Liga Nos,
com funções de treinador adjunto. Para além das tarefas de planeamento, intervenção
e reflexão o estagiário teve como responsabilidade a coordenação de todo o trabalho
de análise da própria equipa e do adversário. Por inerência existiu uma estreita ligação
ao Departamento de Observação e Análise por forma a definir planos de ação para a
análise da nossa equipa, do adversário e do processo de treino.
Ao longo do estágio existiu a preocupação em definir de forma clara quais as
competências a desenvolver nas diferentes áreas de intervenção. O facto de estar num
clube de referência do futebol nacional trouxe ainda mais significado a todas as
aprendizagens e reflexões.
O contexto pandémico obrigou a uma reformulação dos planos de ação mas
trouxe também, devido às exigências adaptativas, novas aprendizagens e competências.
Neste trabalho foi também apresenta a fase exploratória de um estudo que tem
como objetivo a criação e validação de um sistema de observação que permita aferir a
eficácia tática do processo de treino. Desta investigação resultaram conclusões
interessantes sobre a efetiva aplicabilidade dos exercícios, bem como importantes
sugestões de melhoria ao sistema de observação utilizado.
Em conclusão este estágio, devido a todas as experiências, reflexões e sobretudo
ao contacto com um contexto de elite do futebol nacional, permitiu o desenvolvimento
de várias competências naquela que é a função de ser treinador.
The demands put on the job that a coach has to do are significant and varied. These demands can only be met with a steady development of skills. The binomial academy-practice enables a strong balance between theoretical knowledge and practical application. Bearing this in mind, this internship was always aimed at crossing the knowledge learnt and its use in the context of national football elite. The internship as an assistant coach was done with a men´s team playing in the first league of Portuguese football, Liga Nos. Besides the planning, intervention and reflection, the coordination of all the work of analysis of his team and the opposing team was also the intern’s responsibility. Thus, there was a close relationship with the Scouting and Analysis Department, in order to set action plans for the analysis of his team, the opposing team and the training process. Throughout the internship, one of the main concerns was to clearly determine the skills that should be developed in the different intervention areas. Being in a club that is a reference within the national football brought even more meaning to all the learning and reflection. The pandemic context in which part of this internship took place forced a reformulation to the action plans, but because of the need to adapt it also brought new knowledge and skills. A system of observation for the analysis of the training process was also explored. Criteria were established in order to assess the implementation of the contents in the exercise. Interesting conclusions about the applicability of the analysis system can be drawn from this investigation, as well as important improvement suggestions concerning the observation system used. To sum up, on account of the experiences, reflections and especially the contact with a national football elite context, this internship allowed the development of several skills within the role of being trained.
