dc.description.abstractO presente artigo tem por objetivo abordar as perspetivas dos docentes de Educação Especial sobre a implementação do Decreto-Lei nº 3/2008. Com esse intuito, realizou-se um estudo exploratório, de caráter descritivo, que foi dirigido a uma amostra de docentes de Educação Especial, de Agrupamentos de Escolas do distrito de Santarém. Aplicou-se um inquérito por questionário, com o intuito de conhecer as perspetivas dos docentes face à legislação que rege as suas práticas educativas. Os docentes inquiridos partilham da importância da implementação do Decreto-Lei nº 3/2008 como verdadeiro promotor da Escola Inclusiva, no entanto consideram que recursos materiais e humanos são insuficientes para a sua eficaz concretização e apontam a medida e) Currículo Específico Individual, prevista no Programa Educativo Individual, como pouco fácil de planear e implementar e sugerem que devia ser clarificada pela tutela.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractThis article aims to address the perspectives of Special Education teachers on the implementation of Decree-Law no. 3/2008. For this purpose, an exploratory, descriptive study was conducted, which was directed to a sample of Special Education teachers, from School Groups in the district of Santarém. A questionnaire survey was conducted in order to know the perspectives of teachers in relation to the legislation that governs their educational practices. The teachers interviewed share the importance of the implementation of Decree-Law no. 3/2008 as true promoter of the Inclusive School, however they consider that material and human resources are insufficient for their effective implementation and point to the measure e) Specific Individual Curriculum, Individual Education Program as not easy to plan and implement and suggest that it should be clarified by the guardianship.pt_PT
